My Why!

My name is Alyssa Brennon, I grew up in North Dakota and lived there until I turned 21. My family went on a family vacation at least once a year and we made so many memories as a family and I want to carry that tradition on to my girls. Travel and family are two passions of mine so I thought why not give this a try. As a young girl I went to Disneyland and Universal Studios Hollywood, since my aunt and uncle lived in California. So many pictures and so many memories come to mind when I think about my Disney trips when I was younger.

I am now a mom of “Two little Princesses” that love them some Disney also. I have an amazing husband that LOVES Disney as much as we do and we are so blessed to be able to take as many Disney vacations as we can. I also have a job other than the travel gig with Storybook World Travel, I am also a Respiratory Therapist in a Children’s Hospital in Nashville.

My husband and I have decided that we are going to fly down to Orlando next week for an After Hour event in Magic Kingdom next Thursday, which is super exciting because they don’t sell that many tickets to these events which means we get free snacks and drinks AND can enjoy attractions with NO lines and NO waiting. Totally worth an overnight date night when tickets are reasonable for flights. We are flying down Thursday morning and coming back late Friday night, so that we can enjoy a day at Epcot during Flower and Garden Festival. I have been scoping out the food and drink menus for the World Showcase and it all looks so good. We have never been to Disney without the kids so it should be an excellent time, oh did I mention we are staying at the Boardwalk with a Boardwalk view.

Anyway back to why I’ve started this blog… I am asked so many questions about travelling with kids and travelling to Disney and questions about dining and passes and if I have any tips or tricks. So here is my tell all and tips and tricks to surviving Disney with kids or without kids and here to give you my experiences, good and bad. As I become more familiar with blogging I will add more to the site such as categories and drop downs, but for now I am just learning my way around the blogging world and hoping it will come familiar to me fast.

My passion and specialty is booking Disney but I love to book cruises as well as any destination packages. I am a one stop shop for travel.
